Shipping Area and Cost

Gordon's Western Wear ships within the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders; there is no minimum order amount.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. The order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after the cutoff or on a non-business day begin processing on the next business day. For this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Delivery Time and Carrier

We ship with UPS. Once an order has shipped, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Please allow approximately 4–8 business days in total for processing and transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or weather.

Tracking Your Order

When your jeans, denim jacket or other order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use it to check the latest delivery status on the UPS website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us with your order number and email address.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it without an additional handling fee and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once it has shipped, our return and refund process applies.
