We offer western wear and denim through this website and related features and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform for the Services. We offer clothing including denim jeans, jackets and shorts. We aim to describe products, sizes, materials and colors accurately, but screen settings and production variations can affect their appearance. Measurements may vary slightly. Product availability, descriptions and prices may change, and we may correct errors or omissions. Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of unavailable stock, payment verification issues or an error in price or product information. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items. We may contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes and any other charges are shown at checkout. Review your order total and enter accurate billing and payment information before submitting. Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Your payment provider or bank may require verification or decline a transaction. We may correct pricing errors and, where appropriate, contact you or cancel and refund an affected order.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States with free shipping. Orders are generally processed in 1–3 business days, with a 2:00 PM Pacific Time order cutoff, and estimated transit is 3–5 business days after shipment. UPS is our delivery partner. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days under our Refunds & Returns Policy. Items generally must be unused and meet the policy's conditions. For example, contact us if your jeans arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. We cover reasonable return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items; customers pay return shipping for eligible personal-reason returns. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

If you wish to cancel before your order ships, contact us immediately. An order canceled before shipment will receive a full refund without an additional handling fee. The content on this site, including text, design, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GORDON'S WESTERN WEAR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND LICENSORS, INCLUDING SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR ANOTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND DOES NOT AFFECT RIGHTS OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where permitted by law, including for a breach of these Terms or misuse of the site. You remain responsible for amounts lawfully due up to termination. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law, survive termination.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Gordon's Western Wear, Shopify and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of another person's rights in connection with your use of the Services. We will notify you of a covered claim; delayed notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless it materially prejudices you. We may control the defense with counsel and ask for your reasonable cooperation. We will not settle a claim requiring a non-monetary obligation from you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
